The Charity Application for the 2026 Campaign season will be available from April 1 – May 31. Charities must re‑apply each year to participate in the upcoming campaign. Before starting your application, please review the Application Instructions and Eligibility Criteria

New Charities

If you did not participate in the 2025 campaign, you will need to create a New User profile before starting your application. Once your profile is created, you may log in at any time to view applications in progress or previously submitted applications.

Returning Charities

If you submitted an application for the 2025 campaign, please use the Returning User login option. For questions, please contact: cvcsupport@dhrm.virginia.gov.

The CVC Team will inform charities of their approval status in July.
